Coworking is simply multiple people, entities, etc that share one space or common spaces in an office dynamic.
What makes us different? First and foremost, we’re not a big corporate entity where you’re just a number on a finance screen. Here, you’re a neighbor and that’s reflected in everything we do.
But also:
we don’t nickle and dime you with add-ons
we are woman-run and community focused because Durham is HOME.
we believe sweet spaces mean your work gets better and better

We understand the nature (and location) of work is everchanging. That’s part of why we charge per office and all-inclusive, not based on how many people use the space.
We have offices to accomodate teams of 1-6 and (depending upon availability) we can usually coordinate a selection of rooms close to one another. Plus, we have conference and multipurpose spaces for up to 30 people!

Hot desks are first come, first serve. Work anywhere in the space that isn’t occupied by someone else. These memberships are for 10 days per month.
Dedicated desks are spots that you can make your own (i.e. you can leave photos of pets and your monitor, thesaurus, stress ball, coffee mug, whatever). You’ll also have a lockable filing cabinet for leaving items secure. These memberships allow for 24/7/365 access.

YEP! If you have a membership at one location, you’re always welcome to hot desk or book a conference or call room at another location any time.

Well actually they’re “memberships” which means you can give us a 45 day’s notice at any time.
For our offices and dedicated desks, our memberships run in 2 month increments and you can commit and lock in your rate for up to 3 years.
(Note: there is a 3% escalation every year)

All our memberships include reception + mail services, high-speed internet, coffee, stylish furnishings, access to all loctions, and good vibes.
Each membership also includes access to our conference rooms & phone rooms + our rooftop downtown!

It couldn’t be simpler. Book a tour via our contact page and afterwards we’ll send you a membership form & invoice for a security deposit. After those have been received, you’re all set!
